To become a member of PCTS, Applicants must:
- a. Be a business entity engaged in providing services to oil producing companies operating in Nigeria with substantive operations of a technical and/or engineering nature in the upstream sector of the Nigerian Oil and Gas industry and registered with the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (“NUPRC”) under any of the Major Categories listed in the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission Major Category or under any Specialized Category as may be updated from time to time by said regulatory body.
- b. Be a member of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) and has discharged all its financial obligations to the LCCI.
- c. Be registered with the tax authorities in Nigeria.
- d. Have been in operation in Nigeria for a minimum of 10 years.
- e. Have Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry Category A rating; and
- f. Obtain written sponsorship of at least three existing Full Members of the Trade Section
